Data deletion status
Check a deletion request with the confirmation code you were given.
Add the confirmation code Meta gave you to this page's address, as ?code=your-code.
Codes are issued when Instagram forwards a deletion request to us. If yours is not found, it may have been issued by a different service, or mistyped. Email support@contentworkflow.co and we will confirm directly.
Requesting deletion
You can start a deletion at any time by removing ContentWorkflow from Instagram: Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove ContentWorkflow. Instagram offers to delete your data as part of that flow, which is what sends the request here. You can also email support@contentworkflow.co directly.
