Terms of Service
Effective date: July 4, 2026
1. The service
ContentWorkflow (the "Service", available at contentworkflow.co) is a content-production management tool. It lets its users plan video content, publish videos to social platforms they have connected (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), and view performance metrics for content they published or imported.
2. Accounts and access
Access is restricted to invited users. You are responsible for the content you publish through the Service and must comply with the terms and community guidelines of each connected platform, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect a social account, the Service acts on your behalf through that platform's official API, only within the permissions you grant on its consent screen. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Service or from the platform's own security settings, which revokes the Service's access.
4. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
