Told when it matters, not constantly.

Most of what happens in a content pipeline does not need an alert. A publish failing does. So does a client leaving a comment at 11pm. The list below is deliberately short.

What you get told about.

A short list, and each alert links straight to the thing it happened to.

Publishing

A publish completing, and more importantly a publish failing, with the reason.

Uploads

A version finishing its upload, so a large cut does not need watching.

Review activity

A comment arriving, a cut approved, or changes requested.

Assignment

Content assigned to you, so work arrives rather than being discovered.

Instagram DMs

A new inbound message in the unified inbox, with a chime.

Analytics

The six-hourly sync landing, so you know the numbers on screen are current.

Where they arrive.

In-app and email

A bell in the app for everything, and email for the ones worth interrupting you. Per-workspace preferences decide which.

Realtime, not polled

Open tabs update themselves over Supabase Realtime. A board someone else moved a card on redraws without a refresh.

See how this fits the rest of the workflow on the features page.

Replaces refreshing the publish tab to see whether it worked.

Every plan includes it, and client reviewers are always free.
